This website is operated by Millennium Motors Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200003006539 (001230447-W)), the authorised DENZA dealer at LOT 2097, Jalan 1/42, Off Jalan Kuching, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Any personal data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy & PDPA Notice, which you should read alongside these terms.

I. Information About Us

We are the authorised DENZA dealer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This website provides information about the DENZA vehicles we sell and lets you request a test drive.

It is an information and enquiry service. It is not a sales channel — no vehicle can be bought, reserved or paid for through this site, and nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

II. Details of the Vehicles

Vehicle descriptions, specifications, performance and range figures, equipment and colours are supplied by the manufacturer and are provided for general guidance only.

• Figures such as range, power and acceleration are manufacturer-quoted and measured under standard test conditions. Real-world results vary with driving style, load, climate, terrain and vehicle condition.
• Specifications, equipment and colour availability differ between markets and may change without notice.
• Photography and video are illustrative. Vehicles shown may be in a specification, colour or market configuration not available in Malaysia, and colours reproduce differently on different screens.

III. Prices

Where a price or a price list is shown, it is indicative only and subject to change. It does not include registration, insurance, road tax or other on-the-road costs unless expressly stated, and it is not a binding offer.

Please confirm the current specification, availability and price with our sales team before making any purchase decision. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract of sale.

IV. Sales and Our Dealership

Vehicles are sold through our dealership, not through this website. Any purchase is subject to a separate sale agreement entered into with us, and to the terms of that agreement.

Where this site links to third-party services — such as financing or insurance providers — those parties are independent of us and responsible for their own terms and their own handling of your information.

V. Test Drives

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when a member of our team contacts you to agree it.

• The date and time you choose are preferences, and are subject to vehicle and staff availability.
• We may need to propose an alternative slot, or a different model.
• You must hold a valid Malaysian driving licence, or a licence we accept as valid for driving in Malaysia, and produce it at the showroom.
• Any test drive is subject to any test drive terms or indemnity you are asked to sign at the showroom at the time.
• We may decline or end a test drive at our discretion, including on safety grounds.

Please give us reasonable notice if you cannot attend.

VI. Promotions

Any promotion, campaign or offer we run may carry its own specific terms and conditions. Where those terms differ from these Terms of Use, the promotion’s terms apply to that promotion. Please review the conditions of a promotion, or confirm them with our team, before taking part.

VII. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false details, or another person’s details without their permission;
• submit automated, bulk or repeated bookings, or attempt to defeat the anti-bot protection on the form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its underlying systems, or the data of other users;
• copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may refuse service, or remove or refuse a booking, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

VIII. Intellectual Property

The DENZA name, the DENZA and BYD logos, and the vehicle imagery, video and specifications on this site belong to BYD (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and its affiliates, and are used here in our capacity as an authorised dealer. The Millennium Motors name and logo belong to us.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any part of the site without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

IX. Trademarks

All trademarks, logos and brand names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners, including BYD / DENZA and Millennium Motors. Nothing on this site grants you any right or licence to use them, and they may not be used, downloaded or distributed without the owner’s prior written permission.

X. Hyperlinks

Where we link to a third-party website — for example our social media pages or the manufacturer’s site — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Visiting any linked site is at your own risk.

XI. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, reliable or free from error. Content may be corrected or updated at any time without notice.

XII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided for information on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
