This website is operated by Millennium Motors Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200003006539 (001230447-W)), the authorised DENZA dealer at LOT 2097, Jalan 1/42, Off Jalan Kuching, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and the rights you have. Please read it carefully.
This policy covers only the personal data we collect through this website and the enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover information you provide directly to other parties — for example financing or insurance providers, or BYD / DENZA and its wider network — who handle your data under their own privacy policies.
I. Personal Data We Collect and Why
“Personal data” means information from which you can be identified, directly or indirectly. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry.
When you browse this website. We do not build an analytics profile of you and we do not track your browsing. No account is required to use the site.
When you submit the test drive booking form. We collect the following, for the reasons shown:

Please do not enter sensitive personal data (as the PDPA defines it — for example health or financial information) into the Remarks field. We do not ask for it and have no use for it.
When you submit a career application. If you apply for a role through the Career With Us page, we collect the following:

Your CV is used for recruitment only. It is sent directly to our hiring team by email, and a copy is held in private storage so that your application is not lost if that email fails to arrive. It is never published, and never passed to anyone outside Millennium Motors. Please include only what is relevant to the role — we do not need your identity card number, bank details or health information at the application stage.
III. Rights in Relation to Personal Data
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and ask for a copy;
- correct it where it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- withdraw consent to our processing it, including marketing;
- limit or stop our processing of it for direct marketing purposes;
- enquire about the disclosures we have made; and
- ask us to stop processing that is likely to cause you unwarranted damage or distress.
These rights may be limited where the law requires us to keep certain records, or where acting on a request would reveal another person’s personal data.
IV. How to Make Requests
To exercise any of the rights above — or to update your preferences or unsubscribe from marketing — contact us using the details in section XI. We may need to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to anyone else.
We will respond within the timeframe required by the PDPA (generally 21 days for an access request). If your request is complex and we need more time, we will tell you.
V. Retention Period
We keep records relating to an ongoing relationship with you for one year after that relationship ends. Enquiry and test drive records are kept for three years, after which they are deleted.
Career applications and the CVs sent with them are kept for one year from the date we receive them, after which they are deleted. If a role is filled from an application, the successful candidate’s records move into our employment records and are kept under our employment obligations instead. You may ask us to delete your application at any time.
Where you have opted in to marketing, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe.
VI. Purpose Limitation
We use your personal data only for the purposes set out in this policy, and for no longer than those purposes require. If we ever need to use your data for a new purpose that is different from the one it was collected for, we will let you know first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before doing so.
VIII. Security
Booking records are held in an access-controlled database. The internal bookings dashboard is password protected and is excluded from search engines. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to the staff who need it to handle your enquiry.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we maintain appropriate safeguards and review them from time to time.
IX. International Transfer
Our service provider operates global infrastructure, so your data may be stored or processed on servers outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer contractual protections comparable to the standard required under the PDPA.
X. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will give reasonable notice.
